They force you to pay an amenity fee of $20 a day which is a gift certificate you can only use at their hotel. I checked in at 6pm and already ate that day so I was never able to use the first certificate. Forcing customers to eat in your restaurants does not sit well with me.
In addition on my last day house keeping woke me up at 8:50am. What hotel has house keeping ringing doorbells prior to check out?
