The staff is glad to welcome you any questions or concerns they are on it. Very easy to get to doctor appointment. The rooms are neat and clean. I have stayed there twice now and will stay there again

Location makes SH Hospital visits more tolerable. Walkable dining options and decent provided breakfast.

Need better choice of pillows

The pillows were flat and hard. All the same thickness. They were so stiff you couldn't even fold them in half. I got about 3 hours sleep my wife 4 hours. Not comfortable at all.
