The property looks abandoned. The room we had was filthy. The jacuzzi tub was dirty. The TV didn’t work. Slow shower drain. Pool closed. Dust hanging from the ceiling. Roaches in the bathroom. Toilet kept running. Wyndham should shut this one down. The outside weeds are overgrown and front of building is falling off.

The lady checking me in told me we could not stay there because I disrespected her. If there was any disrespect it was her to me. I said maybe I should stay somewhere else where the check in person was nicer and she said you should. We don’t want you here so I left. Also no breakfast which was advertised and no pool and she wanted a cash deposit if $80 cash which I did not have. What a terrible way to run a hotel. I will never stay at a Baymont Hotel again.

This property is very run down,needs alot of maintenance. Refrigerator does not keep things cold, musty smelling.Only 1lamp worked in room,no other light bulbs in lamps.The drain plug was laying in the sink.T.V. remote would not work. Manager on duty was not a pleasant person when checking in- not sociable.ice machine broken no breakfast,and no pool. Outside of building needs cleaned up.

The lady at the front desk would not get off her chair. She rolled from back room to the desk to the front desk couldn’t reach me couldn’t reach my debit card. Very lazy front desk. The remote wouldn’t turn on the TV. We were not instructed on how to turn on the TV and use it. Apparently that’s a secret. The room was OK not the panty it seemed clean the air work and it did not stink. There was supposed to be a pool It was closed, supposed to be breakfast not available. Overall to stay with absolutely terrible spend a few dollars more and go somewhere different

Pool is closed and no breakfast were the first words I heard upon checking in at 2:15 am. Then a $80.00 cash fee was needed in order to check in. This time the fee was returned upon check-out.
