Rapport qualité prix! Ce type d'hébergement nous permet de voyager en famille sans être trop dispendieux!

Bel hôtel- vivement la fin de la rénovation

Moisture in our room. The ceiling was full of moisture and not renovated at all.
The personnel ar the desk did not even want to come in our room to have a look to find a solution.
One of the worst hotel ever and I paid 500$ for one night for that.
TERRIBLE !!!

Thank you for your feed back, We are sorry we did not meet expectations. We are currently under renovation as you were told at check in and you were offered the opportunity to leave without being charged, but chose to stay. We are sorry you were not satisfied with the offered solutions.

Rien à voir avec les photos, ils nous avaient mis une chambre non rénovée, traces de punaises de lit. A fuir!!! Horrible !!! J’ai montré les photos à la réception de l’hôtel et ils ont accepté de nous rembourser par expédia, (j’ai dû appeler moi-même) et nous sommes restés 1 min dans la chambre et nous sommes partis. Quelle affreuse expérience !!!! A FUIR!!!!!!
