I don’t normally complain like this but this hotel has turned into the gutter. I am in waiting for my apartment and needed somewhere to just be able to sleep. I get checked in and walk to my room and it’s being held open by a chair and a pole of some sort laying in it, eh whatever, technology is not perfect and neither are humans. But then I was checked into a handicapped room. Mind you there’s no pool or hot tub but the rates have barely budged. Renovating is one thing but l cannot believe the price for the quality. The debris left in the hallways on a weekend with no workers is so bad. Garbages were overflowing outside so that’s the first thing you see. Didn’t mind much was just day by day staying until my home was open but I had to go, it was so bad. I could smell urine in the corner of the room by on and near the bed. I pull the sheets down and the whole mattress cover is covered in pee stains. This hotel is bad. I feel bad for the one or two employees that get the brunt of it. I do feel like they have employees that live there and were pounding upstairs all night. The fire alarms went off, I ended up arriving late to work. Pros: head of housekeeping I’m assuming seems to be trying, she had to tell the front desk girl who was blasting rap music what to do in case a fire drill. The guy after the drill who apologized and went and got me a key when mine didn’t work. He was super helpful and friendly. The water is nice and hot in the shower.

They did not clean the dinning area until Thurday, 4 days after check in.

The first room they gave me was under construction. The second room was occupied. The plumbing was not good in the bath tub. It didn't drain well and chunks of stuff came up out of the drain.
