The location and property were very nice. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and mostly updated, including nice wood floors and a great bathroom. Unfortunately the room was not as clean as we would have expected. The sheets had stains on them, the tables were dusty as if they hadnt been cleaned in a long time, there was random tiny pieces of garbage on the floor and there was a pillow covered in dog hair. For the price we expected a lot more attention to cleanliness. For this reason along with the poor insulation we dont plan on returning.

Für diese Zimmerpreise sollte es mehr Service geben. Nicht einmal die Bereitschaft auf Wunsch eine Eierspeise zu erhalten, ist wie wir meinen Ungenügend. Statt dessen gab es eine Quiche vermutlich aus dem Froster. Der Rest des Frühstücks war ohnehin spärlich. Furchtbares Erlebnis in einer sonst sehr schöne Immobilie mit toller Lage, SCHADE

Thank you for leaving our team with some feedback after your recent stay with us. I am sorry the inability to make specialty items upon request affected your stay. I was the one that spoke with you when you made the request and as I mentioned at that time, we do not make specialty items as we are not able to accommodate the additional requests that always follow from other guests once we have made an exception. I can assure you that quiche and frittata we make are never frozen and made here in house by our team. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the property and our location. We wish you the best.

Terrible

Went to check in for my stay and was told that they didn’t have a room for me even though I booked it in December and then upgraded the room in January, as I was planning to get engaged that day. They didn’t bother to look for any open rooms and insisted I canceled the reservation but I showed them I never did and was charged for my stay. They then said I need to figure out where I’m staying because they can’t accommodate me and my fiancé. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and if you want to stay somewhere that has better service and rooms stay at the Harvest Inn. Harvest Inn accommodated us right away hassle free.

We regret that you were not able to stay. We are working with Expedia to determine what caused both of your reservations to be sent over to our system as cancelled. We have already ensured that Expedia has processed the refund to your reservation and their team should be in contact with you regarding the timing of that refund. We were notified on Saturday that the refund was processed by them. We would have loved to have you stay with us, but we did not have a room available to meet your reservation needs. I was on the phone with our Guest Services agent when they recommended the Harvest Inn as a wonderful alternative to our property in an attempt to assist with finding you reasonable accommodations elsewhere. I am happy to hear that the alternate property we recommended was satisfactory. We do our best to avoid this type of experience and regret that we were not able to have you stay with us. Please reach out to me directly if you would like to return to our property. I would love to do all I can to help ensure your next stay leaves you with a mor positive experience.
