Perfect Beach Getaway
Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at the Avalon. Everything was clean, beach access so close, chairs & umbrellas available. Walked to nearby dining & shopping. A new favorite for sure!

Gulf Front - Great View
Publié le 14 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayRoom has a great view and easily accommodates 6 people - enough privacy with 3-1/2 baths. The room was very clean, no concerns. The facility itself - very clean as well.
The staff made the in/out process easy and were helpful with the facility features and policies.
Parking is adequate and we had no issues in using the public overnight parking, it is well lit and conveniently located. We were a large party with multiple vehicles.
This stay exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful and SO Clean

It was completely booked when we stayed but we still were able to get a great parking spot and got to use the beach umbrellas and chairs and they even had beach toys for my niece to play with! I do wish I had realized that the booking we stayed in was on the 5th floor level right next to the pool and bar area. Noise was not an issue, however, I didn't even open the curtains to the window in the room I was staying in because people could see in - not so much during the day, but definitely as it got darker. So that was a bummer. BUT the views from the other two rooms were amazing. It was super clean and smelled nice as well. Not stuffy like some places on the beach can be. The AC worked great! Would definitely stay again with my family!

Thank you, Kathryn! The unit you were in has an additional balcony, but the trade off is that you are on the pool deck, with a bit less privacy than in other units without the 2nd balcony. We are very happy to know that you enjoyed our property and hope to welcome you back!

Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was great, walking distance to everything, beach was in the backyard!!!! Beautiful scenery will definitely go back. Floors could have been cleaned a little better but other than that I will be going back.

Perfect for our family of 6
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace was spacious with more than enough bathrooms! Was a great getaway for our family and the beach was right there and balconies had an amazing view!
The 5th floor pool and bar was a daily stop for ice cream for the kids. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back yearly
