rough tub

First- the room on Expedia for this hotel, was not the room we received. We booked a king bed and got a queen bed whose frame was held up by a wooden slat. The room had no carpeting, a broken TV, no chair, and it was dirty and smelly. I contacted Expedia and they did not care that the room was not as pictured. Not even close. I complained to the hotel and they said they had no control over the advertised picture of the room. I never got a better room and warn everyone to NOT STAY HERE. The place is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have pictures but this review does not allow me to post a picture.

I ask for a room with a tub to bath our daughter in, there was a tub but no stopper and I ask for one to be furnished and it never happened and the pool was closed for cleaning and 4 days later it was still closed. Never again will they get my business.

poor room

bed should have been replaced years ago. lumpy and worn out. our room door said non smoking. blanket had smoking burns and woke up next am with pj's smelling of smoke. for !25.00 this was a rip off. sorry i didn't take pictures.

Blanket were not soft the pillows were terrible the lamp wasn’t plugged there was two switch by the door neither turned on a light

When i open that door the smell hit me after that when i see the refrigerator was cover on rust but bad u can see the white from the fridge I go to see the bed was all yellow and dirty with different color of dirt the dirt was dropping from the wall
Pass no even 5 minutes and I when to the front office and the person said I need to contact you Expedia I chat and they told me the call the number twice and no response I let her know she said yes they but I can do nothing about it they call again and in my face she cut the call . I this time is late and I super tired I left to check another hotel and also more money for the hotel and my time I need my money back plz and thank # room number 221

When I looked this hotel up online it locked ok. But when I got there it was dumpy. So disappointing. It needs updating. For the money it was definitely a rip off. Will never stay there again.

Dirty and worn out
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsLaundered towels looked dirty. Floor was dirty. Chipped paint on walls. No decor. Smoke detector ripped out with wires hanging. No towel racks, just screw holes in the wall. Saggy bed. I'm generally not picky, but this was a zero star hotel room
