We have stayed at this property three times now, but first time in this particular condo. Overall we love the location and amenities. The front desk staff are very friendly. The condo itself is generally clean, but the comforter could use a real duvet rather than sheets which reveal a dirty comforter. Our parking spot was very tight and difficult to get in and out of doors due to landscaping. Otherwise I would recommend and come again.

We really liked the location and having easy access to the beach. The full kitchen and the balcony, along with a small bar and restaurant on site. There were also a lot of great restaurants and activities close by. Just what we were looking for.

I have photos of mould and mildew that shows this place hasn’t had a good cleaning in years! Add to that damaged cupboards and filthy closets (more photos) and a pool bar area that would be appropriate in a trailer park and you’ve got sunset vistas. Throw in the lack of bathrooms anywhere near the pool and you’ve got sunset pisstas.
Avoid this overpriced dump. There are better options in the area .

This is a great property. Every room has a kitchen, washer and dryer, and designated parking spot. Pool area beautiful, fun bar and cafe. Friendly staff. Very clean and nice.

Great Stay!
Posted Feb. 13, 2024 on HotelsNo complaints. Everyone from the front desk, security, the cafe, the bar, etc were very friendly. Check in/out process smooth. Parking easy. Room was clean & spacious with full kitchen, laundry, small toiletries, comfortable beds, balcony access from 2 rooms and great views of the gulf. Pool areas were clean. Beach access right from the hotel. There is a small resort fee per day for use of the amenities which I feel for the price you pay for the room should be included. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
