Bien placé mais hôtel a besoin un rafraîchissement

Hotel sympathique et bien placé. La monté avec la gondole est accessible à pied. Dommage que le service de chambre est supprimé et qu’il y a plus de peignoir pour aller à la piscine.

Need a little better cleaning service, hair in the sink, dirt around corners on floor, peeling grout in sink, old coffee table that looked quite dirty.

Per Travelocity this was supposed to be 4-star hotel. We found the rooms to be in poor condition. Furniture is falling apart and floor carpet needs replacing. On our second day of our stay, not HOT WATER in the room. Per hotel, room is ONLY serviced every 5 DAYS. Please update the profile of this hotel so other users do not have the same bad experience.

Elevators were very dirty and elevator areas disgusting. Furniture in the room was all scratched and dented.

Lake Tahoe ski trip

The room was very clean but we wish they had at least done a partial housekeeping service during our stay. Also, the jacuzzi was not in service which would have been nice after skiing.

Comfortable Stay

Overall this was a great stay. Check in and checkout was seamless and the facilities were clean. The only issue was with the amenities: The hot tub was srained and closed and the pool was supposed to be heated but wasn't.

Room was very clean and I like that we could easily walk to gondola for skiing. Parking area could use some extra lighting at night though
