Wouldn’t return.

The pool was closed. Look like it had been for a while. The bathroom in my room was dirty. The breakfast was the worst. Who ever is running breakfast that morning ether doesn’t know what they are going or was having a bad day. But there was nothing to grab waffles with. Ketchup bottles basically empty. There was 1 cream cheese for the entire breakfast rush and more than 1 person wanted it. There was no one at the desk to check out. I wanted a receipt but said screw it because no one was showing up to the desk.

Not sure what to think

Checked in about 8-8:30pm. Lobby lights were turned out for the night. Had already booked and paid through Hotels.com, but was asked to swipe card at front desk. Room was nice. Modern and fresh looking. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a few hairs in the shower, left by previous guests. Shower was stocked with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner . Soap was empty. After returning from our trip, we noticed the hotel had charged my card for the room, on top of what Hotels.com did. I called the hotel several times and never got anyone to answer the telephone. I contacted Marriott and opened a case regarding the double charge. I was told I would hear from the actual hotel we stayed in, by the following weekend. We were never contacted, but the second charge was credited back to our card. Not sure what was going on but be sure to check your statements after your stay. Overall a nice place, but being double charged with no explanation doesn't make me comfortable.

Facility appeared newer breakfast was good. The pool was out indefinitely which was a negative

There was no one at the front desk for check in for at least 5 mins.

Couch was stained and looked gross. The indoor pool was closed without prior notice.

Love the Stevensville/St. Joseph, MI area…this is a great hotel… my 4th time staying there…the check in associate was awesome… accommodations great… will be back again… sorry the pool couldn’t be used… close to many places and easy driving!
