The room and the beds are very comfortable. I’m baffled why they charge a $100 “incidentals” fee when there’s nothing to purchase there, and I clearly haven’t come in with a pet. The last couple times I’ve stayed at the property, no breakfast was served, I assumed because there were very few guests there.

Staff was accommodating. Wanted a $100 deposit upon arrival and was not prepared for that, but still work with me so I could fulfill my reservation.

The hotel was adequate for my needs. The location is excellent for shopping and restaurants. I have nothing negative to report about the property.

Had to change rooms the door didn't lock. Pillows were not full size

Hi Margaret We are really sorry for the inconvenience you had at your stay. As you mentioned we have changed the lock of that door and we are working on the renovations so I think it will take little bit time to get all the stuff as we get all stuff we will change everything in the hotel. the hotel was easy to find and the hotel room were nicer than expected. Check in/out was easy. The staff was friendly
