This place is amazing! All the employees were genuinely nice, normal, helpful and were wonderful. This hotel is only four years old so very new which helps your stay. The shower is fabulous. The breakfast is fantastic. No other patrons were nosy or distributive like other hotels, the community here was great. Thanks for a great stay.

In general, it is a decent place with an OK breakfast. The regular rooms are a little cramped with an odd replacement for a closet.
Our problem was with checking in, and the type of room we were initially given. Our reservation through Expedia was for "2 Queen Beds, Accessible, Bathtub", but the initial room was hearing accessible (not very useful when you have someone in a wheelchair). It took 2 more room changes to finally get us in the correct type of room while we had to keep listening to the desk clerk blame the problem on Expedia. I talked to the manager the next morning about this, and he offered to refund the first night (while still blaming Expedia). I had to do this through Expedia, and when I messaged Expedia, the rep couldn't get the hotel manager on the phone and verify the compensation. The only option ended up being $30 in Expedia bucks.

Property is new construction. Good location right off highway. A lot of good eats nearby.

These hotels are great. I am highly allergic to mold. I am so happy there are finally motels with no carpet. Thank you Tru! And the price is very affordable.

Room was very clean. Hotel seems to be quite new so everything is up to date. All staff that we encountered were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good.

The air/heat blower was blowing cool air even when I had the heat on. There was no remote in my room for the tv, went downstairs to get one & that one didn’t work either.
The mini refrigerator in the room hum’s loudly that I had to unplug it. Staff is nice.
