Hôtel sympa à prix raisonnable.

I Enjoyed my weekend stay the room was nice and the receptionist was friendly. The only thing that was a complete let down was the WIFI it was completely useless and didn't work.

I had booked this for my daughter and a friend to stay as they were going to a concert at the AO Arena, and the Hotels.com site said it was only a. 13 minute drive from this hotel. After calling Uber and various other taxi firms, it turned out it was a 37 minute drive. So we had to arrange some accommodation nearer. I called the hotel for a refund as it was false information they were providing. Only to be told that it was a non-refundable booking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As you have booked for a Non-Refundable room it says in the terms & conditions that it is a non-refundable room. As Per distance from the hotel to the Arena can be googled and it does show us time of 13-15 mins depends on how busy the day is and how taxi takes the route.
