This hotel had the best spread of deliciousness at breakfast, including regular yogurt without additives, a new pancake machine and a delightful helpful woman working the buffet. The room was fine, except for too little light, and only one chair.

Apon arrival a party was being held on the lounge at 10 pm at night blasting music up through my room on top of the party. Get to room and the curtains won’t close so in the morning I don’t get any sleep due to the amount of light and then find out their is another persons food still in the cupboard half eaten still sitting on a plate. When brought up to customer service they refuse any reimbursement stating I have to be a member to be given compensation
