Did the online pre-arrival checkin. System down when we got there and had to do it all over again. Tried to get into our room and the key card would not work. Back to the front desk to find our room had been changed after our cards were issued.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, everything was very clean. The bathroom in our room was the most poorly designed hotel bathroom I have encountered. You had to step into the shower and stand under cold water until the temp adjusted. Shower stall extremely slippery and no mat provided. No towel racks. Small room, one hard office type chair for seating, would not stay there again. To top it off got charge an additional $60 ‘resort fee’ after the fact. Wouldn’t stay there agin.
