Needs coffee in the lobby
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe stay was good. Our room was on the second floor. The floor above us, there was banging all night long. We do not care about breakfast in the morning but it sure would be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

Jerry,We are sorry to hear about noise above you. I checked our records and did not see anything about noise so unfortunately, we weren't able to address the situation. Please accept our apologies. Also, we have switch from coffee in the lobby to providing high quality Door County coffee packets in each room. We do hope that you will decide to stay with us again in the future.

We had a great time. The hotel’s location is very accommodating. Staff very nice and informative. I didn’t rate it higher because they were under some construction/ updating. But it worked out okay. We would stay again.

Terrible customer service..very unprofessional with new payment policy..have stayed there for years..will never stay again👎👎👎

Payment policy is that we require a valid credit card before check-in. Your payment declined and you refused to provide a valid card. Sorry, we don't allow guests to stay for free.

Everyone there was nice, rooms and commons were clean, great restaurants nearby, amazing place!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The suite was very roomy and extremely quiet. The view from our room was beautiful! I would highly recommend the Bridgeport.
