Great good quality centrally located hotel

We decided to stay here rather than the Ibis on Marienplatz as we had issues with the room temperature last time we stayed at the Ibis. I am glad we chose this hotel which was only a bit more expensive than the Ibis. Room was so much nicer, quieter, kettle in room etc. I can't comment on breakfast as we had breakfast in a nearby cafe. Obviously great for transport links for the City. Recommend.

The person who checked us in was rude. He asked for my club number and I gave it to him and he told me it was active. Well been using it for years so I don’t know how that happened. I said well ok don’t worry about. He wanted to sign me up with another one and I told him no and he just kept at it. Oh well

This is my 4th or 5th time here.Good location and friendly staff.the only downside is the room does not have a mini bar
