Excellent night rest! Very clean, great facilities, excellent customer service and yummy breakfast! Even made us scrambed eggs dairy free! Well done Holiday Inn thankyou for making our stay a lovely experience 👍

Hotel was great in every way but no onsite parking is an issue for such a great hotel-

Had to park off site, over priced, size of the room was the size of a bathroom, bed was like a rock

First few nights were only just bearable. Unable to sleep due to aircon turning off every hour or so, this would then cause us to wake up hot AF and turn aircon back on. We repeated this for two nights, staff unable to help until we requested a new room or we were ready to check out. Moved to new room and the aircon issue did not continue so clearly a fault in the first room. Apart from almost getting a divorce due to the ongoing sleep deprivation the first few nights, everything else was ok. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

It's pretty well maintained and staff were kind too. Many restaurants to walk in nearby the hotel and Sunshine plaza shopping centre was so close. The beach was 17 mins walk distance, though. The rooftop swimming pool was good too but a bit dirty. I saw some white settlement or papers? in the water, and saw them again the next day. Overall, it was good.

We was their for 5 days they never clean the floor in our room
