Personnel trés serviable et à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse donnant sur le parc au calme. Spa très bien. Beaucoup de choix au buffet du petit dejeuner et du diner.

Hôtel exceptionnel à Suzhou

Tout était parfait, le service, la nourriture, la qualité de l'infrastructure et même l'architecture de l'hôtel.

beautiful experience in Suzhou

You can hear the bird singing in the morning, the hotel is huge with a nice chinese style. The personel is ready to help you. It is a very good central place to visit the city. 2 coffee-bakery are next to the hotel if you want to have a continental breakfast for a very low price. From the park you can take a little boat just like in Venice and enjoy a tour in the deep and quiet Suzhou.

Thank you very much for your comments. The hotel holds exquisite features of scenic gardens, sculptured bridges, rushing water and towers to display the history and culture of this garden city in China. It has become one of the landmarks building in Suzhou City. The hotel is strategically connected with the famous Panmen Gate Scenery Area, which has become a tourist resort showing the unique historic and cultural features of Suzhou. I'm looking forward to your visit again.

Un hotel de grand luxe avec un personnel dévoué
Publié le 12 juin 2011 sur Hotelsle Pan Pacific est l'ancien Sheraton. Immense, splendide. avec des chambres belles et soignées, du linge et lits de qualité, un petit déjeuner magnifique qui vous permet de courir les jardins de Suzhou avec énergie. D'autant que l'Hotel est très bien situé.
La piscine est immense.
Bref un séjour très confortable et reposant dans un luxe maitrisé.
