Key card didn’t work after “check in”. And there was NO ONE ON SITE to help us. We screamed, knocked, begged for help. Waited for over an hour for someone to come. My children (and other guests) were stranded in the street. And they refused to refund me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

It was a great sized unit, especially for the price. The bathroom could do with some bleach and a good scrub though. Convenient location, but lack of parking.

Not bad, I'd stay again.

This place actually wasn't too bad, it was quiet and I slept really well. But it is heavily dated and needs some major renovation work. The couches were all stained so didn't sit on them. Check-in was super fast which was great and the area is excellent, plenty of food options around and walkable to everything. I'd stay again.

Fun area, close to a lot of cultural and historical events. Light rail and bus practically on your doorstep. Apartment clean, could use an update. Easy check in and out.

I had headaches and call The staff since 9am that if it ok to check out at 11am and the staff was ok until 10 am the cleaner knocked the door so loud and say “ cleaning cleaning ”I answered “ no need to thank you” but the cleaner still shouted so loud and keep asking when I’m going to check out and got into the room I told her I will check out at 11 am I already talk to the staff. I thought she would stop and leave but no she still said “No you can’t ! you have to pay extra ! Call the staff! OMG This is the worst experience I have ever had with the cleaner at the hotel

This hotel is very run down. Smells like a rubbish tip. From the moment you step into the lift. Walking down the corridor makes you want to spew. Thank goodness we could open the balcony to help with the smell in our room. The bed was uncomfortable with the 2 single beds pushed together and nothing to stop them pushing apart. The sheets were stained. Every wall had stains dents and scuffs. Dust all over ceiling, cornices and air condition vents. Furniture looked like it’s never been replaced in 30 years. For the price you pay I’d highly recommend staying somewhere else. Lack of parking which in returned meant we spend $120 parking across the road. Could have used that money and stayed in a way cleaner and newer hotel or apartment. Tried calling multiple times to try and ask about parking just with no answer.
