Close to the train station, paddy’s market and mall and Cole’s supermarket.

I've stayed here before so I always know what am I paying for. Decent room, nice bed to sleep in and great location. All staff are lovely from reception to house keeping. Some improvements is the cleanliness of the room and vacuum under the bed. I dropped my watch and it fell under the bed. There I saw a lot of dust and debris.

When we checked in, one of the beds was broken so we got moved to another room. The new room was slightly bigger. Air conditioner barely worked, which sucked because the weather forecast was 40°C. Room cleaning wasn’t good, had to request cleaning. The washroom setup was odd, it was awkward to wash face at the sink and the toilet was too close to the wall (I’m 6’1). Location was good, walking distance to shopping and food, but that’s about it.

Central location, clean and safe. However the strong smell of Asian food from the restaurants on the streets below was pretty uncomfortable throughout the night.

Really conveniant location.close to central station and lots of restaurants nearby and a good price. Room and facilities a bit cramped

Customer service was good. There was a lady with a nose ring that was exceptional on my departure (apologies for not having her name). My room was near an elevator which affected my overall enjoyment and sleep. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was overall very well placed, safe and I would return. Hotel fittings are dated.
