Ants, deposit not refunded, alarm clock
Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe bathroom had ants. Our alarm woke us up at 0600 - the cleaners had forgotten to turn it off. It’s been almost a week since my stay and they have not refunded the hold on my credit card either. I will not be staying at any best western locations again.

The breakfast was a good continental breakfast and the pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was not very friendly and the rooms were noisy and the beds were not very comfortable. I asked for a late checkout on Sunday and they said I could stay an extra half an hour (until 11:30) and even wrote my room number down. At 11:15 the housekeeping came and asked why we hadn't left yet & I told them we had a late checkout & then the front desk called within 2 minutes and I told her the same thing. There was a door that went outside that was not locked and anyone could wander into the hotel and this was after 9:00PM. I did not feel safe there with my daughter and will never be back.

Publié le 3 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI am a frequent client here, and although there are other options in the area available, I stick with Best Western Mountain View because the beds are comfortable, the heaters/AC work great, the staff are hard working and kind, the location is convenient for traveling, the free breakfast is yummy, and the noise from freeway is minimal compared to others nearby.

Kind welcome
Publié le 28 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWhat stood out was the kindness of the man who greeted us as we checked in late at night. We were tired. The weather was not great. It was just really pleasant to have the interaction we did about our room, our needs for our stay, etc., from someone who was a genuinely warm person, not just wrote customer service.
