The spot is right on the lake with a beautiful sunrise over the Sierra Nevada! Staff is very communicative and helpful. Two drawbacks: the breakfast bites being offered at 9:30am and the office was closed at 8am, when many will checkout as they leave to ski at area resorts.

Great view, outdated musky rooms

Very dusty outdated rooms with a scent of an old persons home.. very uncomfortable beds.. and the sofa felt musky .. best part about this place was the view. That is it.

Would not stay here for multiple nights. The bed was a tiny, old murphy bed. We instead opted to sleep on the 1/2” thick pull out couch because it was so uncomfortable. The window on the door makes for 0 privacy, you also share a balcony with next door neighbors. There is no communication for guests and staff after 4pm. I am not sure what kind of hotel staff leaves before most people check in.. I should have known beforehand what this would be like. The next door guest to us BLASTED music for 6 hours and slammed doors. We were actually afraid for our safety, but the staff was gone for the night. We actually left the property because we were afraid to be sharing a balcony with this individual. Do not stay here. Wayyyyy over priced as well.

We had a great time staying here. The condo is well equipped and spacious. We also enjoyed talking to the hotel staff, very friendly and helpful.
