Promote Erik 😂

Overall, the room was spacious. The toilet seat was noisy (funny thing to complain about, I know - but it drove me nuts 😂). Elevators took forever as one was out of service. The room itself was decent, the outside hallway was a bit...meh...the floors/carpets were pretty disgusting. Breakfast was decent. Erik at the front desk was amazing!!

Dirty, needs update

One of two elevators broken, room had broken falling apart furniture, floors were dirty. Bathroom was dirty, tiles falling off in bathroom floor. Excessive caulking in shower corners that was mold covered. Carpets in hallways dirty and stained, hotel needs a cleaning and an update badly. Staff interactions were all positive, exterior was clean

Where do I start? First and foremost there was only one functional elevator, which made getting to the 3rd floor an adventure each time we had to use it, the refrigerator in the room did not work, and the room had roaches! As a BONUS, the hallway on the 3rd floor felt like an INFERNO. For almost $200.00 a night, I felt CHEATED! 😕😠😡

Run down property

Only one working elevator, and the wait was ridiculous just to get on - at one point the staff had us exit so their cart could get in and then we had to re-enter elevator (all of this with no English) the staff said they have been complaining about this for months. The headboards in our room were chipped and there was black spots all around the tub should’ve taken pictures. The whole hotel was very damp. Hard to keep it cool in our room. Breakfast food was good.
