BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE!!

Do not stay here! They use the old bait and switch to get you there. I reserved a park model but after I arrived, was told that I had reserved a travel trailer. I showed them my confirmation with the photo of the park model and they said all they had available was the travel trailer, and there was no way I was going to get a park model for the price I paid. The woman was rude and I refused to stay. Hotels.com seemed to be unconcerned that they didn't have available what I had reserved. I am still fighting to get my money back for the first night stay, which they charged to my credit card when I made the reservation.

Worst acomidations we have ever had to endure.

TERRIBLE CONDITIONS ALL AROUND. Roach infested. Dirty sheets, floors, roach droppings in coffee maker, no coffee filters. Roaches crawling on ceiling, floor, sink, bathroom basin, roach eggs found on kitchonette couch. Unable to contact office after 4pm. No wifi as promised. No TV signals on either TV. Broken bed support. This was not what we signed up for. We received our email confirmation, which stated 1 bedroom with queen bed and a pull out couch, free wifi, and a photo of what was called a cabin. It was late and we had to stay the night, since no other place to go. We were unable to get free wifi so signed up for daily paid service but could not connect. Phoned technical service. They are to refund the fee, which was blamed on the travel trailer we were in. Photos were taken.
