部屋の冷房が故障していたのでフロントへ連絡したら、すぐ対応して頂きました。
別のグレードアップのお部屋へ案内されたので嬉しかったです。
スタッフの対応も良くいいグアム旅行になりました。

①接客は良いが、部屋のクリーニングを依頼するタグを下げていたが、されなかった。
②タオルセットの交換が一式されておらず、宿泊期間中、フェースタオルなしだった。
③バスルームの老朽化と清掃が不十分でコーキングが傷んでいたり、目地にカビが残っていたり、床板や壁が黄ばんでいる。
④家具の装飾が剥がれていた。
⑤コンセントの傷みが激しく、壁にしっかり取り付けられていないし、コンセント自身も緩い。漏電の心配がある。
⑥セーフティボックスの電池切れで機能しなくなった。
⑦建物外壁、玄関までの誘導路など目につくところの維持管理ができていない。
⑧玄関ロビー脇のタクシー案内は良好だった。
⑨チェックイン直後停電
エクスペディアはこうゆう施設を取り上げるのかと残念に思った。

2歳の子連れで宿泊したのですが、まだウォータースライダーなどで遊ぶような年齢でもないので、こちらのプールに浮き輪でプカプカする程度で十分楽しめました。砂浜までもほぼ直結ですぐに行けるのも良かったです。海から戻ってきた時にもシャワーがついていてそこで砂を落とせて、そのままプールに行くこともできその点も良かった。
円安のタイミングだったので、何を買うにも高くて大変だったが、ここのホテルは各部屋にウォーターサーバーがあり、その水を水筒に入れて日中出掛ける際に持っていけるので節約にもなった！
朝食券付きのプランにしたので、朝や昼にホテルのロビー階でご飯を食べれるのもよかったと思う。
残念だったのは、その朝食券でホテル敷地内にあるエッグスンシングスでご飯を食べようと思っていたのに、少し前にあったボヤかなにかで臨時休業になっており、行けなかった…まぁ、エッグスンシングスは日本でも食べれるので、よしとしました(笑)
あとはランドリーが無料で使えるので、その点もポイントが高かったです。海やプールに毎日のように行くので、洗濯から乾燥まで無料でできるのはありがたい！(洗剤はフロントで有料で購入しましたが、持っていけばOKかなと…)
ホテルのフロントの方はとても親切で、私のカタコトの英語でもわかってくれて、対応してくれたのが嬉しかった！
今回はここのホテルにして本当に良かったと思いました！！

인피니티 수영장에서 잘 놀고 비치에서 스노클링하기 좋아요.
조식 뷔페가 없기에 조식없이 예약해서 근처 식당에서 포장해서 먹었는데 그게 좋은 듯.
시냐 중심가라 이리저리 돌아다니기 좋은 곳 입니다.
