Graat location and beautiful hotel

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was expensive and definitely not worth the money. I had reached out to the hotel in advance of our stay and upon check in they did not have the right room and caused us to get a 2nd room. There was a bug in our bed and mold in the shower. The manager was rude and not accommodating. I am a frequent traveler and was very disappointed at how expensive this room was and the terrible, terrible customer service!

As for the bug we are very sorry but we immediately provided for a change of sheets. We are very sorry that our actions were not appreciated. A great location, with the streets of Taormina easily walkable while still taking advantage of the beautiful view. Staff were friendly and helpful.
