Lovely old building, spacious rooms
Publié le 21 août 2023 sur HotelsRoom was lovely, spacious , bathroom was spacious and clean. Shower was great. Building is really old so big high ceilings old windows etc . Would definitely stay again.
We had breakfast which was great apart from our toast arrived some time after breakfast, seems a bit petty but they weren’t busy and a really simple fix, they also only brought white so I had to go and find someone for some brown. However, the breakfast was nice.

Wonderful weekend
Publié le 13 août 2023 sur HotelsA lovely 2 night stay. The Royal Oak had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and airy. We appreciated the quiet room as we had early starts at the nearby Oulton Park race circuit.
Lovely garden areas too and welcoming and helpful manager.
We will make this our hotel of choice when in the area.

Great staff, rooms and service
Publié le 1 juin 2023 sur HotelsBrilliant place: really friendly staff, generously sized room, excellent breakfast. They even accommodated us for an early breakfast on Saturday morning as we wanted to be off early. Would definitely book again. A place with a personal touch.
