There is a great room on the lobby and a firepit outside that youcan hang on with your friends and families who are check in the hotel.

Perfect little weekend getaway

They didn’t have our room ready even though it was an hour past check in but the manager was really nice about it and offered us free snacks from their snack bar. He was super welcoming and even brought pool towels all the way out to the pool for us when we told him they ran out. The hotel is lovely and the room was impeccable and everything is in great condition/looks new not to mention that it was very spacious. It was also nice that they use Dove brand shower products that actually foam and moisturize instead of the cheap stuff most hotels have. They have ample free parking and free breakfast. Definitely a win.

This hotel looks new but unfortunately it isn’t clean. Very Dirty. People leave garbage everywhere outside their rooms. When they say sustainable they mean cheap or cheaper service, not providing guests with services. I stayed 4 nights and no house keeping service was provided when I requested housing keeping services the 2nd night. They have no disabled parking or disabled rooms available since they have disabled guest who live here .The staff was dishonest when I called and asked about disabled room availability and accommodation . All other parking spaces available are very far from the hotel . A lot of guests make noise around the fire pit in the middle of the night and “Staff” does nothing about noise. This hotel is very short staffed and can’t provide adequate service. This hotel is pricey compared to other hotels within the area and they lie and don’t provide service you pay for. I will NEVER stay here again. Report will be made with riverside county regarding inadequate housekeeping service for a hotel this size.
