Amazing views but property needs work
Publié le 4 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property has an amazing view as advertised. However the apartment is much like a motel in the states - outdoor access to the unit. Lights did not work on exterior of building. Bathroom door did not close properly. No underlayment for pergo type wood flooring so the floors were very noisy. Peeling paint . . just poor condition.
Check in was in person but important details were not shared, like register with the residence manager was not told to us. Another important info, don't leave the key in the door on the inside and expect to open it with the 2nd key from the outside . . yes we got looked out.
As a vrbo owner myself, i was disappointed. This may be 5 star accommodations for Europe but certainly is not in the US.
The view and location were great!

We are sorry you felt this way. There is complete instruction of how to check in which is a page long with instructions of who will be meeting you and where to park and a map on google sent a week before by the website. I check after every renter and the bathroom door shuts and there is not peeling paint. We are on call 24/7 for our renters and have never had a review like this. When you locked yourself out of the apartment we assisted immediately. Thank you for acknowledging this is a 5 star accommodation for Europe with great views and location.

Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayUrlaub in einer 100 Quadratmeter großen Ferienwohnung mit 2 Balkonen und direktem Blick auf das Meer - was will man mehr? Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber funktionierte problemlos über Mail, ebenso zu der Wohnungsverwalterin. Eine kleine Reparatur (Erneuern eines Leuchtmittels) wurde schnell ausgeführt. Ein Highlight war die (kostenpflichtige) Nutzungsmöglichkeit der Infrastruktur des benachbarten Precise Resort mit 4 Pools, Tennisplätzen, Fitnessstudio und großem subtropischen Park.

Beautiful and spacious ocean front Apt
Publié le 20 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWell appointed ocean front Apt with spectacular views and sleeping with the sound of the waves. The Apt was impeccably clean. We loved the warm welcome by Casy and Ruth, the facility managers.
While the Apt was well aquipped with everything you need for a week, a kettle for boiling water would be a nice extra though.
Would love to return at any time.

Super Lage
Publié le 11 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayEs hat fast alles gestimmt. Lage super, wir konnten alles zu Fuß innerhalb von 2-3 km erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß und es ist alles vorhanden. Der Blick aus der Wohnung ist der HIT. Das Meer ist auch laut, vor allem in einem der Schlafräume gut zu hören. Die Anlage insgesamt ist in die Jahre gekommen, was auch seinen Charme hat. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, wir frühstücken gerne auf dem Balkon, leider gab es keinen Tisch und schlechte Stühle. Wir würden gerne nochmals kommen.

Communication with property management was easy and seamless over WhatsApp. A storm took out the internet for a brief period but management and the owner were quick to respond and help us resolve the issue quickly. Two of us stayed here and with 2 bed/2 bath it can comfortable sleep 4 adults. Would most certainly stay here again!

Great view and good location
Publié le 28 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwaySpectacular view from condo and lulled to sleep by crashing waves on the shore. Walk to downtown was about 35 minutes. Bus and taxis much quicker and reasonable fares. Condo was better set up for short term stays (1 week) versus longer term stays (4 weeks).
Overall would recommend for shorter stays.

Lovely apartment in great location
Publié le 4 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were very lucky with the weather. The apartment is located in a great place. Not right in the middle of town but not too far away. The views from the balcony are incredible. Amenities in the hotel are nice and we paid €8 per person for the day.

Amazing time at the property

I stayed there with my 4 y.o. daughter for 1 month and we both had great time .The property is very well located at Maritim Residence in Los Realejos , next to Loro park, Jardin Beach , Old town and many other attractions. Also it is close to Lidl which was very convinient . The apartment itself is very clean, bright, cozy, spacious with everything you need and has a stunning view of the ocean and cliffs . I travel a lot and stayed at different places but the view from this apartment stole my heart . To see the ocean in such a persepctive and sleep with the waves sound was very memorable . I really recommend you to stay at this place to have unforgettable time in beautiful Tenerife .
