Hotel closed down - do not book

Emplacement : Not much around the area apart from a couple of trattorias.
Expedia failed to tell us that this hotel closed down months ago. The locals said it had been closed all summer, there were chains around the gates and it looked very run down.

The hotel itself was very nice but not as advertised. The first room we were given was not made up. They told us it was a mistake and gave us another which had no bedspread on the bed. Being a hot day we were looking forward to the pool. The pool wasn't operational. Also the wifi is not in the room, and we were told that the a/c could not be turned on until June. Being 28 degrees it should have been. We checked out and found another hotel. As soon as we left so did the few staff members who were there. Not sure, but it appears we were the only guests. Too bad, nice old hotel and beautiful view.

We'll never stay here again. Very bad and poor service. Don't expect breakfast, they only serve a croissant for breakfast. No housekeeping!

Siamo davvero felici che Lei si sia trovato bene presso la nostra struttura e ci auguriamo che possa tornare presto a trovarci, magari nella bella stagione dove sarà a disposizione di tutti i nostri ospiti la nostra piscina esclusiva immersa nel verde dei parco regionale dei colli Euganei.

Emplacement : In Naturschutzgebiet, etwa 25km von Padua entfernt. Wir haben es nur zum Übernachten während einer Messe gebucht, Umgegend einladend schön aber unbek.
Das Hotel liegt in einem Naturschutzgebiet, toller Ausblick in die grünen Hügel rundum.
Personal ist bemüht und mehrsprachig, sehr nett. Beheizter neuer Außenpool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, die Landschaft rundrum wird gerade neu gestaltet. Da das Hotel an einer Straße liegt, leiden empfindliche Ohren an den alten, einfachen Fenstern. WLAN gibt es leider nur in der Lobby, nicht wie erwartet auf den Zimmern. Das im Hotel befindliche Restaurant bietet einfache aber gute Speisen und Getränke, wie auf dem Land in Italien üblich.
Wir würden wieder kommen, wenn die Zimmer neue Schallschutzfenster und WLAN bekommen.

Emplacement : Su una bellissima vallata al centro del Parco dei Colli Euganei, con piscina all'aperto con vista sulla vallata.
In una posizione invidiabile al centro del Parco dei Colli Euganei è un albergo che offre stanze confortevoli e spazi comuni di una eleganza un po' retrò che affascina.
Personale cortesissimo e colazione davvero ottima con una esperienza unica: il miele prelevato direttamente dal favo. Buonissimo!

Het personeel is leuk, het hotel heeft een bijzondere inrichting en de kamers passen daar precies bij. Met een uitzicht over de heuvels en het zwembad.
