Front desk staff was not friendly and had no personality considering they’re in the hospitality industry. They refused to supply linens for the pull out bed on the couch in our room. The people upstairs had zero hotel courtesy as they were running around, jumping and moving furniture ALL hours of the night for both nights of our stay. Front desk did nothing about it and argued that they weren’t the same people both nights (even if it wasn’t, they were still extremely loud) and acted as if us complaining about the noise at 11pm was an inconvenience. The fire alarms went off in every room at 7:50am Sunday morning, that was a nice surprise to say the least after listening to the jump rope and furniture moving contests above us all night. Very disappointing to have spent over $500 to stay here. We had to ask for soap for the bathroom upon arrival. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were very small. It is conveniently located right next to Winstar which was the reason for our stay. It served its purpose, but it was not a pleasant stay.

I got in the shower and there was no soap. This was a big issue for me. I was in a hurry and no soap. When I left, I told the front desk, and she said the soap dispenser wasn’t working yet, and the person who checked me in was supposed to give me a bar of soap. This was my big frustration of the trip. Hot shower, no soap.
