Problem in bathroom
Posted Mar. 2, 2024 on HotelsA lovely little family run hotel , which myself and my husband have been back to time and time again , however this time we were very disappointed with first floor room 11 king size room , so not average price the shower was the problem absolutely no power in the pressure of the flow so myself and my husband could not take a shower

Susan - thank you for your review. We were unaware of your problem with the shower and would have happily moved you to another room to solve this - when you return to us the issue will be resolved and we assure you of a better stay.

Stayed at the Briar Dene for just 1 night and it was fabulous. My wife and I Also had dinner which was delicious, can definitely recommend the lamb. All the staff were amazing and so helpful. Will be back soon.

A little gem

The standard of service from every member of staff was exceptional & nothing was too much trouble.
The food quality was superb both for both breakfast & the evening meal.

Posted Dec. 28, 2023 on HotelsThe visit and over night stay was very very good, hotel and staff were very accommodating.
Bed was comfy, big tick in box for my wife as she rarely sleeps when away.
We were aware there was a Christmas function on however, understood they could provide a table for us in the dining room, however this was not the case on our arrival; but plenty of places to eat out so not an issue. TV in room 17 a tad small, overall a great place to stay and we will return as we love to take our dogs for long walks in fleetwood and visit the Dockside to purchase sea food.

Staff friendly and helpful, good parking, nice clean room.
Below room 17 there was a continuous humming sound from a fan or aircon,Then about 0815, the humming sound increased about 5 times louder.
