This hotel is a good option for a sightseeing trip. We walked to "Tokyo Times Square" although it was a bit of a long walk.
It is across the street from Shinjuku subway station, so all of Tokyo is very accessible. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The is one English language station on TV (BBC News) and there were two movies available on VOD in English. The property has an indoor/outdoor onsen that is very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet had several options for Japanese and western breakfast staples. There is an Irish Pub on site for evening refreshments.
There are several restaurants nearby with all the Japanese styles available.

Thank you for staying with us here APA HOTEL〈Nishisinjuku-Gochoume eki Tower〉and your kind review.This hotel room is business style, so the room is not too big but the room has excellent convenience.This hotel is very close to station, and you can go to downtown easy like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi, Ueno.And we have a SPA, it is you can use free. In addition, more than 200 movie and drama titles are available for free.We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
