Nice little getaway for fun
Posted Mar. 1, 2024 on HotelsThis was the first time staying at this hotel for a little winter getaway. Needless to say we’ll be back! The kids (both above 7) enjoyed the pool area and we liked it cause it had space! There are 2 basketball hoops and a volleyball net, a smaller square like pool area and another little pool with smaller slides. The hot tub is big and it felt amazing!
The breakfast was the same thing all 3 days, a little more variety would be nice but it was good and the coffee was delicious :)
The rooms are spacious! Beds are on one side of the room and a sitting area on the other. Nice and big to actually spread out. The only things we didn’t like was that the one bed was literally about 4 inches away from the heat so it just blew on the mattress. We had to move the end of the mattress out a bit to get the heat to blow into the room.
The other not so enjoyable thing (which wasn’t the hotels fault) was twice while we were swimming there was a kid (not the same one) that took a “ Dukie” in the pool. PLEASE if you bring little kiddos that are not potty trained put them in a swim diaper!!!!!

You are correct that the 2 queen beds are close to the walls and we are trying to work on a solution. We don't want to remove the 2 queen beds but we may have to. We are very sorry about the kiddos in the pool area that may not have had swim diapers on them. We do look forward to your return someday soon.
