Decent stay.
Posted Mar. 7, 2020 on HotelsIt wasn't too bad. Originally had a room on the 8th which had too much wind noise on it. However, they immediately moved us to a room on the 5th which was much better. Service seemed decent. Room was clean. However, none of the devices through the tv worked (Hdmi hook up/ mirroring for phone or blue tooth). It is an older building originally so for the cost it's a bad go.

Nice stay, but far from the city
Posted Feb. 19, 2020 on HotelsAn overall nice stay in Toronto. The hotel was very nicely updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the restaurant in the lobby wasn't anything to write home about, and it was awfully far from downtown. We spent over $40 CAD one way into the city every day. Would stay much closer next time.

Yes, we are 15 kilometers from downtown Toronto. There are many ways to get to downtown Toronto. I apologize if all the options were not provided to you. other options are; airport train express; cost is about $13.00. Subway is only $6.00 per person.
