Staff didn't know anything about anything. The night guy was asleep when we checked out at 06:30. No fridge in room, TV was a small 24' screen. Carpet was worn. Breakfast not available before 7am and no provision for a take out bag.

Unfortunately, the room type you booked is not equipped with a fridge. In the future if the fridge is important, please consider booking our Executive Suite which has both fridge and microwave. The hotel and the room were the same on the pictures. The problem was that the coffee machine, the TV and the hair dryer were like props...they didn't work.
When we asked for help during the night or early in the morning, employees at the counter said that we should wait for the arrival of workers of room service at 9 am.
We couldn't watch tv during our stay ☹️☹️
