Bon hotel confortable

Tres bon hotel moderne, buen placé, confortable, et propre. Globalement très bien meme si l'accueil navait pas pris en compte ma demande faite a la reservation. Et il y a des travaux en cours dans le batiment à côté (construction)

+ : Hôtel très bien placé, calme, central. - : canapé lit inconfortable. Petit déjeuner dans une ambiance de cafétéria bruyante. Parking payant à proximité.

Very clean & relaxing stay. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Amazing breakfast. Having a lift down to harbour side was particularly beneficial too.

Shame you are a cashless place, as this did prove challenging for us given that you have no parking facilities and cash machine's did not accept cards. My friend had probelms parking and does not use IT very well. With only a few staff at reception that were also staffing the bar, they werent able to help me anymore than they did as they were very busy. Another guest tried to help but without cash it made it difficult. That's said, lovely room, lovely food, lovely breakfast and inslept well.

Great stay

Several of us stayed following a party, even though we only live half an hour away but it felt like a great mini break! Staff were really helpful and friendly, hotel is still relatively new which is a bonus.

Weekend getaway

Staff were excellent . Very welcoming and great customer service . Rooms spotless ,beds comfortable , lovely big white ( not off white ) towels , lovely toiletries . Could not fault the hotel of our stay .

We’ve stayed here before and it’s been good but this trip the first room we had smelt terrible of urine so we asked to move. The second room was ok other than the aircon was either full on hot or full on cold - left the room at 20 degrees to go and and came back and it was like an oven, went and spoke to man a reception who wasn’t interested in helping, he did reset the aircon from the panel in the office and said that’s all he could do and we’d have to just see if it worked. Said the hotel was full and if it didn’t work we’d have to live with it. It was then on cold all night so in the morning it was freezing. Not good enough for a nearly new hotel
