It was an odd situation. The ceck-in was across the street at a different hotel. I got there at 5pm, check-in is at 3 and my room was not ready. No biggie, they said they would call when it was ready. I explored town a bit went to my meeting at 7pm still no call. I called and my room was finally ready. Got to my room and I was not expecting any thing too overly nice, but it looked clean and neat. However the room has an odd smell. I was just ready to lay down so I did not complain. It was not the worst experience, but not the best either. The staff member at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Both bedskirts on the beds were nasty dirty, the mirror had something all over it, the tub had cracks and pieces missing, the faucet in the tub was broken, the hair dryer was broken and when I asked for another they didn’t have one, there was a cobweb in the corner with black things in it in the bathroom shower, and the fridge didn’t work. I have pictures of all the issues listed above.

Hi Amanda. Sorry for the delay in our response. We have been unable to access our Expedia account for almost a week. I am deeply disturbed by your report. I will be addressing this with our staff. I am sorry about the broken hair dryer. They tend to go out randomly in smoke. We do keep a backup at the Front Desk for when this happens. However, yours was the 2nd hair dryer to go out that day, and another guest had the spare. Sorry for the inconvenience. All of our tubs need to be refinished. This is part of the remodel that is happening right now. We will also be getting new furniture, carpet, and mirrors. We sent maintenance in after your checkout, and found nothing wrong with the faucet or fridge. The fridge just need to be plugged in. Sorry we missed that after the previous checkout. I do hope one day you can give us the chance to prove we can do better. If not, I understand and wish you the best in all your future travels.

Had to check in across the street at the Howard Johnson, but other than that, it was a great one night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Great price, also!

No rails in showers or bathroom. All rooms should have these safety features. The photo didn't match the room.

Office was closed all the time. Had to go across a 4 lane highway to a Howard Johnson to check in . If I wanted to take advantage if the continental breakfast I also had to cross highway. I asked for a 1st floor room so I could park in front of my room and only 3 nights of my stay could I do that.
