F&B
- 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest
- Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner)
Spa
- Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival
- Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most
Room
- Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can hear every car passing from the street to other rooms closing or opening their electric curtains
- Size is small compare to other top tier hotels in Como

This hotel reminded me of luxurious stays in Hotel de Paris and St Regis but even more fragrant lobby and hotel grounds . The fresh flowers and attention to detail was simply amazing.

This place is exceptional!!! Beautiful property with the most magnificent view.
Excellent options of restaurants and bars.
Staff are amazing, always friendly and makes you feel special. Highly recommended.
