Nice motel, but No Coffee at breakfast.

Thank you Thomas for your 8-star review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and regret that our coffee machine broke overnight and we did not have coffee in the lobby. However, there are coffee machines and complimentary coffee in every room and there is also a coffee place called Mountain Brew adjacent to our parking lot (about a one minute walk).

Property was overall well maintained. Our bathtub had some stains. Staff was very friendly. Check-in and checkout was very smooth. Overall good, but pricey for the 2 Queen bed option.

comfortable but barebones
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HotelsThis is a nice hotel but it's barebones. The lighting in the room is sparse, the beds are serviceable but not that comfortable. The bathtub is the shower. The staff is nice. This is a at best a 3 star place

Hi Janice, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad you enjoyed our team's kindness. I did want to address your concern about our lighting and suspect maybe you did not see the 2nd set of light switches. The king rooms feature 2 nightstand lamps, a floor lamp and a desk lamp, as well as 3 overhead lights and an additional decorative ceiling light. Your other concerns have been passed along to bothe maintenance and housekeeping.

Nice property and clean rooms. A little disappointed the hot tub wasn’t operational
