The room is spacious and the view is good. The shuttle from hotel to subway and shopping areas is convenient.

Hot water system not working properly,couldn't have warm shower after a day out,especially when the weather was still cold.

Overall experience was good. My flight arrived Hong Kong at 6am and the hotel accomodated my early checked in request. I really appreciated for that. All staff were very helpful. The area around the hotel was quite. My room was spacious. I would consider the room was clean and tidy. However, the undermount edge of the bathroom basin had mold and need more cleaning or bleaching. I will definitely pick this hotel again in my next trip to Hong Kong.

Bus what bus?

Problems with luggage on bus to hotel had to get a taxi. Following day saw people put luggage onto bus WHY? Breakfast was not great. Room and reception were fine.

Nice and Clean

Really nice, clean and spacious hotel overlooking the bay area. Feel peaceful and calm, away from the noisy bustling high traffic tourist sites. Yet, transportation is not as convenient. The hotel provides shuttle to the nearest MTR stations, however, the last service runs before 7:30pm. There are alot of "nightlife" activities in and around HK and patrons need to find theif own rides back to hotel.

Firstly- the staff are amazing- the owners of the hotel are greedy and all about profit- we had a lot of black mold- really affected my breathing- they did some cleaning- but still bad! NO PLUG IN THE BATROOM! Bed harder then plywood- sofa very uncomfortable- chairs in living room- woul likely be rejected by a garbage dump! Their are zero facilities like restauraunts or shopping!Windows very dirty- would be a great view onto the bay!Again STAFF IS AWESOME- they just needcthe resources to get this OLD hotel up to par
