Our room was great! Everything was clean and un working order. The lobby was nice. A surprise in our stay was the breakfast and lunch buffet. The price was reasonable, and the team was hard-working, friendly, and excellent. Kudos to them. Our only disappointments were the location of our room (Rm 442 with a view of the roof) and the hot tub and pool (because we chose the hotel for that reason). Apparently, a pump had gone out, and we were told it wasn't repaired yet. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Front desk told us they gave away our room, front desk was understaffed and overwhelmed. The parking garage would not let you out and front desk would not answer the page to help. The refrigerator in our room was so loud and annoying, sleep was interrupted multiple times.

the rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice view of the city. We had to call someone for the refrigerator. The cabinet door was broken. / There were no racks to hang our towels. There were no extra blankets. Our room was just a shower and not a bathtub. The gate to the parking garage was broken, causing us to sit in line to leave the garage until someone opened it. Also, the pool and hot tub was closed.

The heater did not work !!!!! My two toddlers and I ended up getting terribly sick after that stay !!
