Trop de produit chimique contre les insectes dans la chambre. L’air était rempli constamment de cette odeur forte chimique quasi intolérable.

Excelente alojamiento
Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HotelsEs una muy buena opción el hotel es muy agradable, el personal de lo más amable y atento, está bien ubicado y hay lugares cercanos para comer, comprar y divertirse.
El diseño interior del hotel es de muy buen gusto y me encantó.

Solid hotel midway between downtown Tulum and the beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only gripe were that the pool loungers were tired and menu was limited.

We loved Aloft! Stayed here as a family for a week. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities we needed, including two nice pools and a gym. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the destination fee and free breakfast. For $20 a day, we got a daily free shuttle to the beach, $30 to spend on food, and enjoyed the complimentary trip to a gorgeous lagoon to snorkel. I would recommend this hotel to couple and families without hesitation.

Great spot between El Centro and the hotel zone. Easy drive to both. Hotel was very nice but the services and amenities were lacking when compared to other hotels at this level. However the price was fantastic. Very good value!
