The property is nice. However, the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pool area is nice. Customer service was good. You can bike to the downtown area, but you will need a taxi for the beaches.

This hotel is modern, and well maintained. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are nicely furnished, however the washrooms offer little privacy. The 10usd credit per day that you are given can only be used on the rooftop pool bar.

The house keeping service was terrible!. No bathroom towels asked several times no blankets asked several times and no body wash asked several times

Excellent Service

Excellent service at Motto Tulum. Lots of amenities and things to do nearby. Free parking and there are rentals for bikes and scooters, Pool is beautiful and great poolside service and poolside restaurants. This place is designed really nicely. Rooms are small but meant to tap into a simplistic hotel stay and encourage you to go out and explore. Also very very impeccable cleaning.
