Very rude and cold staffs.. not even a greeting when i got at the hotel. Just took our passport and kept them without telling us why.. took 1 min for check in. Didnt even explaned to us about the breakfast.. you would expect more for a high quality hotel but not this one. Breakfast was digusting and cheap.. cold food. Again staffs were talking to each other no service at all.. there was no plate anymore.. they didnt do anything. The room was ok... but not clean clean.
