Not wheelchair friendly which made it a little inconvenient pulling luggage with wheels around. Other than that, perfect getaway for a few days.

It’s like a hidden oasis, and the restaurant Spiced Den the food was amazing.

had a lady at reception tell me I need a physical bank card to put down a deposit and was unable to use my phone. thankfully I was only 20mins away from home and was able to call my sister to bring me hers as I’m waiting on a new card. when I got back with the card I had a different lady who told me I could use my phone, which worked. what a waste of my time and sisters time / petrol. other than that the place was amazing

I was given a disabled room which flooded water all over the bathroom floor. I’d asked for a refund or to be refunded for 1 night stay but nothing was done.
