I saw rats just around the corner of the property. You have to walk around the corner to get anywhere and the garbage and rats at that corner, scooter taxis, was just dirty. I have stayed at Senz before and the corner was not a problem then but now it is a real health issue.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind. Had my room cleaned daily and the bathroom was always left spotless. The hotel is really well located, lots la great restaurants and spas around it. I also loved the breakfast buffet and express lunch of the hotel’s restaurant. Can’t recommend it more. I will be back!

Fantastic hotel and staff.

The food was amazing, the best staff we have experienced so far. Close to Ubud centre. Really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely return. 100% recommend.

Great location in central Ubud. Walking distance to palace, monkey forest, ridge trail and shopping.

Liked the locality of the hotel in relation to the eateries and shops. Enjoyed the Balinese massage at the Spa, Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff was warm, accommodating and they always had a smile on their face. Just the right amount of attentiveness at all times! Room was clean and well serviced throughout out stay. The spa services were very nice as well and the food and drink options plentiful for those moments when we didn’t want to venture far from the hotel. I would stay there again if I find myself back in Ubud!
