Nice hotel with good staff and clean room .The area is not great so eating is a challenge

Good place to stay for an overnight for flights etc. Not many restaurants or eateries handy if you are walking. The services offered were well done ie exercise room breakfast & shuttle service. Staff were excellent.

Nice place to hang or go to when traveling. Costco across the street can be noisy at night. Only complaint!

Very helpful staff and a very quiet, comfortable room—a great place to catch up on sleep after a 13h flight. Handy having a fridge and microwave too.

Tired, oldish property with insufficient lighting in the hallways rendering it creepy. We never had their breakfast during the 9 nights stay in Richmond The parking garage is well lit but small One thjng that really irks me is the shower that drips rather than spray. I do realize that low quality hotels have these water restrictors that only permit a small
Amount of water to come through It’s simply aggravating to no end,. Housekeeping is decent and do a decent job. I’d say a solid 3 stars
